My very first blog

Wow, thanks for all the views on my website – please let me know what you think of it and ask any juicing questions. I will answer these in the blog and also add them to the FAQ’s page.

I like to have my daily juice in the morning when my body is empty and craving nutrients. As the digestive system is not having to do any work (the juicer does this for me) all those lovely vitamins and minerals can get straight to where they’re needed giving me lots of energy for whatever the morning brings.

Today’s juice was apple, spinach, lime, courgette, celery, carrot and beetroot with an avocado blended in – great colours and a great taste!
